Coastal Community Bank Employee Giving Fund – Spring Cycle – 2020

The Coastal Community Bank Employee Giving Fund began in 2002 and is comprised of individual contributions from bank employees and directors. The fund enables them to pool their donations for the greatest impact. Employees have a direct say in the grants that are made from the fund by serving on a rotating grant advisory committee. The committee reviews requests in two application cycles per year in the spring and fall.

Grant Criteria

Eligible organizations: 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organizations with programs and/or services in Snohomish County or Whidbey Island and in communities served by Coastal Community Bank. Organizations are limited to one application per organization and typically not funded more than one time per year. Grant awards typically range from $1,500-$3,000. Capital expenses and camp scholarships are not considered for funding. Grant decisions are made by a rotating committee of bank employees each representing all areas within the bank.
