A lifelong Snohomish County resident, DanVo’nique is dedicated to faith, family, and community. She is a proud graduate of Marysville-Pilchuck High School, Everett Community College, and the University of Washington–Bothell, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Society, Ethics, and Human Behavior. She later received her master’s degree in Adult Education and Distance Learning from the University of Phoenix.
A devoted “church girl,” she serves as Minister of Music and Director of Performing Arts at Jubilee Church of God in Christ in Everett, Washington. She is also a licensed Evangelist Missionary and the Elect Lady of Missions for the Washington State Jurisdictional Church of God in Christ.
Deeply involved in her community, she is the President of the Snohomish County Black Heritage Committee, Executive Director of SONLITE Consultants, and founder of SAVED, a support program for aging adults facing emotional and physical challenges. She currently serves as the Nonprofit Program & Office Coordinator at CFSC.
Her greatest joy is being the proud mother of her three children—Jeremy Lydell Reed Jr., Jemyre Samuel Reed, and Jemyah D’Nique Reed.
